I'm an Aries, I've been in the fandom for well over a decade, and support the LGBTQIA+ community, especially other artists. :DA huge interest of mine is cute or interesting characters, so originality is key. I always encourage others to have fun with their designs and make them unique. Every character is like a person, and no two people will ever be exactly the same. That's the beauty of creation. ♥Art made by the human hand at the end of the day will always be better than something that can be replicated by a computer. Humans will never be perfect and always practice their skills with every new piece, we can never reproduce the exact same thing twice. Every single piece is unique.

FAQ

• What do you use to draw?- Tablet: Intuos Pen & Touch (Old version), XP-Pen Artist 10 (2nd Gen)
- Program(s): Paint Tool SAI & Paint.net-----• How long have you been drawing?- For as long as I can remember. I've been a digital artist for over 15 years now, give or take. I'm entirely self taught and still learning through the tools I have available to me, and from my peers as well.
Anyone can do it if they try, no matter who they are.-----• When are you open for commissions?- I generally like to take batches at a time rather than invidiual slots, so openings are often done via socials.
Smaller openings are done via Discord and these are usually private.-----• Will you accept alternative forms of payment (i.e. Steam games, Amazon wishlist, gift cards, etc)?- Absolutely not. If you cannot make a payment via a payment processor (i.e. Stripe, Square, Paypal), please do not commission me.-----• Do you accept trades/requests? Will you collab with me?- Requests are always a strict no.
- Trades are a no for strangers. I will occasionally offer them for friends/mutuals.
- I don't really collaborate on projects, sorry! If I do, it's extremely rare.-----• "It's my birthday/anniversary/[insert special event]. Can I have a request?"- Congratulations, happy birthday/anniversary/[insert event here]! The answer is still "no."-----• Can I use your sona/OC in my comm?- You may request it when commissioning, however I have the right to refuse. Please respect that. Keep in mind that my partner and I do not allow NSFW.-----• Can I repost your art?- Please see my ToS for information regarding posting commissions.
- If it is personal or fanart, you may not reupload my work to any gallery or site without my explicit permission.-----• Do you stream?- No. Private streams are also not available for commissions.-----• Will you do base edits?- I do, actually! I will only work with what I have available, and will offer what I am currently willing to work with. Prices, of course, will vary.

I will not edit bases I do not have access to, and will not accept files from you.-----• Why do I need verification to order a commission in the first place?- Simple. You wouldn't sign a contract without reading it fully, would you?
If one cannot respect an artist's time, they do not owe anything in return.

Prices & Examples

Chibis

Small, stylized variations of your character. Flat color & PG only.Slots are individually priced (i.e. ordering a "double" will be two characters featured in a single art piece, not two individual pieces).Base Prices:• Singles - $15

Sketches

Loose, sketchy lines with loose coloring and simple shading (if applicable).
Sketches are thigh-up, and are available in uncolored or colored variants.Sketch commissions are wing-it pieces and no WIP will be provided.
* You may provide specifics, however the rest will be artistic freedom.
* Background remains largely up to the artist.
* Individual sketches are usually completed in under a week.Base Prices• Uncolored - $20

Flat Colors

Flats are fully lined with clean, refined coloring.Base Prices• Half body - $32

Full piece with clean lines, coloring, and shading.Base Prices• Half body - $50

• Complexity & Addtional Fees:

- All pieces come with simplistic or gradient backgrounds.
I do not offer fully rendered backgrounds at this time, however I plan on making them available in the near future.
Simple settings (i.e. sitting on a bed) may be available, dependent on the theme.- Alternate variations (i.e. add a secondary outfit) are available upon request, however a fee will be applied dependent on the commission type and complexity.- Complexity fees in addition to the base price may be added depending on the character design (wings, exaggerated/excessive limbs, excess scales/spines/runes, complicated designs, etc), poses, clothing, and/or background.
|Complexity chart coming soon.|- I will not charge complexity fees for mobility aids, however I am not well adept at drawing them so please keep that in mind. I have no problems with disabled characters, but I may or may not be the artist for you.* Refusal to comply with additional fees means that I have every right to omit or simplify certain details (i.e. hiding wings, simplifying horns/scales), request a different character, or deny the commission altogether. This is not up for debate.

Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to my terms listed below. Failure to comply may result in being blacklisted from all future commissions.

• Terms of Use

I as the artist:- May update my ToS at any point in time.- May deny a commission for any reason, and am not obligated to specify why.- Am fully within my right as a creative individual to refuse service to predators, bigots, sexists, ableists, AI supporters, etc.- Will not draw in a different style other than my own. I will not recreate nor mimic another artist's style.- Retain all rights to my work.
You are paying me for my service, as I do not offer commercial licensing.- Maintain the right to use your commission for my own portfolio. I am allowed to post them publicly to my social media as I please.
* If you would like for your commission to remain completely private, no WIPs will be shared publicly and a 50% privacy fee will be added to your total.
This fee will not apply if you choose to remain anonymous, or if you request for a commission to be postponed (i.e. for a birthday or anniversary).- Am not required to keep your commission in my gallery, or post it at all if I feel it does not represent me or my style. I do not owe you an explanation.- Do not distribute work files (.PSD) to clients. You will only receive the finished work.- I do NOT under absolutely ANY circumstance consent to my work being used in AI programs, nor do I consent to my work being minted as Crypto currency or NFTs.-----You as the client:- Agree that you are or over 18 years of age. I do not work with minors, no exceptions.- Are responsible for saving your finished commission upon delivery. I will not act as a personal backup if you fail to save your files. (I clean my files every 4-6 months.)- Acknowledge there is a 4 word password that will be required at the time of ordering.- May reupload your commission* with proper credit to me as the artist (@HuskybeanArtz) and a link back (if applicable).
You do not need to wait for me to post, you are welcome to post at any time.
* Only the client or character owner (if this is a gift) is allowed to repost my work. All other parties must be given explicit permission from both the artist and client.
If I or the client ask you to remove it, please do so. I will not argue.- May NOT redistribute my work for monetary gain. You are NOT to sell physical or digital merchandise that features my artwork, regardless if you commissioned it.
You MAY use your finished commission personally for PFP, banners, prints, etc.- May NOT remove my watermark or signature.- May NOT alter, trace, or claim my work as your own. This also means you may not trace my work as a "base".- Are NOT to use my work in any form of AI program, nor to mint as Crypto or NFTs under absolutely ANY circumstances. Not for fun, not for personal use, nothing.-----

• When Ordering:

-I speak English. I will try to communicate as clearly as possible, but please at least have a basic understanding or use a translator if necessary.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however miscommunications are possible due to language barriers and may affect the final outcome.- Please refer to my Commission Restrictions list before commissioning me.
TL;DR I am not a fetish nor porn artist. The answer is probably "no."
You are always welcome to inquire beforehand if you have questions!
(Limits are subject to change at my discretion based on my own level of comfort.)- Absolutely respect my boundaries. Just because I am friendly during the ordering process does not mean you are entitled to anything, nor do I wish to pursue a friendship or other non-professional relationship with you.
Do not attempt to RP or flirt with me. You will be blocked and your commission will be denied.- If you are ordering a commission using someone else's character, please be sure they have given consent to be drawn!
Keep in mind I maintain the right to check with the original character owner. If they did not grant permission, your commission will be denied.- Please provide a clear idea of what you would like. You are welcome to include visuals for poses, clothing, expressions, etc if necessary.
(Please do not send me any RL nudity!)- You MUST be able to provide a clear, full reference or image of your character(s).
I will accept flat colored, digital references or images. SFW or barbie nudity is preferred. Please censor or mark NSFW references prior to sending them.
I will not accept shaded, 3D models, traditional, or AI generated references.
I do not and will not work from descriptions.
* Additional images may be provided along with the primary reference, however the primary reference or image must be easy to decipher. Shading/lighting effects can make it hard for artists to determine proper markings and gradients.- No, I will not design you a character.
There are plenty of free bases and programs available for you to use. FireAlpaca, GIMP, Medibang Paint, and Krita are all great examples.
Check sites like DeviantART or Ko-fi for free to use bases by other artists.
(I like deep fried foods.)- Be aware that complexity fees may apply.

• Payment:

- Payment is in USD. I do not accept Crypto. I only accept payments via invoice.
(Stripe, Square, or Paypal are all available; Stripe is my most preferred method.) Please have your email address ready.
CashApp is available only for trusted friends or clients. Please do not ask unless I offer.-- Shipping Disclaimer --
All my sales are digital goods and only digital goods. At no point in time should I nor the client expect a physical product. Occasionally a transaction is marked as "not shipped" by the payment processor. I am not required to ever ship an item unless it was explicitly discussed between myself and the client prior to payment.- I require payment up front before starting your commission.- Payment plans may be arranged for larger pieces (exceeding $100 minimum), however I will not finish any work past the initial sketch until payment has been received in full. A minimum, 30% non-refundable down payment is required.
This is not applicable for wing-its.- Once you have been accepted, I will invoice you. You have 48 hours to pay before your commission is cancelled and your slot will be forfeit. Should you need longer to pay or need to cancel, please inform me before the 48 hour mark has passed.

• Refund Policy:

- Refunds can be arranged at any time before or during the commission process, however please be aware that once a commission has started you will only receive a partial refund at the artist's discretion.
Commissions that are near-completion are no longer eligible for any refund.- I will ONLY give a full refund if a commission has not yet been started. If it has been completed, no refunds will be given at that point. Chargebacks will result in an instant block and ban from any future commissions.- If you decide you no longer wish to continue after the initial sketch has been sent, I will send a partial refund for the unfinished portion. However, I reserve the right to repurpose the sketch as I please (for another commission, YCH, or personal work).
The client is NOT to use the WIP sketch in any way shape or form beyond that point.- I am not financially responsible for your relationships. I will not offer a refund in the case of a client requesting major changes (i.e. in the event of a breakup or falling out). Should this situation arise, please reach out to me to discuss alternative options for continuing. Keep in mind this may no longer be viable late-stage.- I maintain the right to issue a refund mid-commission for any reason if I deem necessary, and I am not obligated to disclose this reasoning to the client.
In this instance, you will receive your art at whatever stage it is currently in regardless of completion status.* Any money sent to me in the form of tips, donations, or outside of the given invoice (i.e. via Ko-fi) will be accepted as a gift and is non-refundable.
Please wait until I send the invoice or tell you to pay, otherwise it will be considered as a donation and you will not get it back nor will you receive any form of compensation.-----

• Edits/Revisions:

- Please understand that I retain some level of freedom when working on your commission. I do not draw characters 100% on-model and will make small tweaks to suit my style, or make minor color adjustments (i.e. slightly desaturating colors).- Sketch WIPs will always be provided by default for all commission types except wing-it commissions. Further WIPs are available upon request, please notify me at the time of ordering.- Major edits can be made during the sketch stage ONLY. Clients will be given 3 edits for free as long as they are within reason. An additional fee will apply if edits are more complicated or detailed that what was agreed upon.
* I do not accept "as-you-go" commissions, edits are only for corrections. Please do not micromanage. I am human and my art is not "pixel perfect".
* Artistic freedom is artistic freedom; you do not get to change the idea that isn't stated at the time of commissioning.- Once the sketch is approved of, lining will begin and no edits will be made during this stage (other than minor fixes on my behalf). I will only make minor adjustments during the coloring stage.
* Once coloring is approved, no further edits will be made.A few things to keep in mind:
* If I made a very obvious oversight on the reference, it it my mistake and I will fix it.
* If you have not provided me with a proper reference, I am not responsible for missing details not shown (or mentioned prior) and may refuse edits at my discretion.
* Additionally, I maintain the right to refuse edits if there are major changes made to the character that weren't specified on the original reference that was provided at the time of ordering (i.e. a full redesign).
(My favorite word is "beans".)- Large edits requiring change of pose, outfit, or even character will not be allowed after the lining stage.
This would be considered a separate commission and you will be charged in full.
* In the event of a falling out or breakup, available options can be discussed, however are not guaranteed.- The longer you take to respond to updates, the longer your commission will take to complete. Please try to respond in a timely manner if you are able to, it is not on the artist if a commission is overdue due to lack of communication on the client's end.-----

• Progress and Turnaround:

- My overall turnaround time may range anywhere from a few days to a couple months, depending. Average turnaround is within 2-3 weeks.- Individual turnaround time applies from the time I start to the time I finish a commission, not from the time it was ordered to when I finish. This may vary depending on multiple factors including overall complexity, contact with the client, and my RL circumstances.
* My health and schedule take full priority over commission work.
* My hours of availability can be viewed under the Contact tab.- I do NOT accept hard deadlines. Please do not ask or expect them.
I understand clients setting reasonable expectations, however I have zero tolerance for being rushed. I will not guarantee work to be finished before holidays or events.- Progress is updated via Trello.
I would strongly advise checking your card prior to contacting me for updates.
I will still provide them upon request, however frequent update requests (i.e. on a near daily basis) will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled.- I start work in order of payment 99% of the time so if you see me working on someone ahead in the queue, please be patient. I will often work on multiple pieces at the same time and they can be finished in any order.
I currently do not offer priority slots. Priority will be assigned at the artist's discretion.- I will post updates to my socials, and be sure to contact clients if sudden delays are to arise (usually in the case of an emergency).
